Deinfa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver with over 11 years of professional driving expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting personnel and goods, primarily supporting operations in the home office and oil field environments. This role requires exceptional knowledge of traffic laws, hazard perception, and vehicle safety compliance to ensure timely and secure journeys. The Driver will also manage and coordinate a team of 20 persons, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. The ideal candidate excels in journey management planning, carefully assessing risks and adhering to safe driving practices to prevent accidents. They will conduct regular commercial vehicle inspections and enforce strict adherence to traffic regulations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel and equipment to various locations including home office and oil field sites.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Perform regular commercial vehicle inspections, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring vehicles meet all safety standards.
- Plan and manage journeys efficiently, considering hazards, weather conditions, and traffic patterns to optimize route safety and timing.
- Maintain a safe following distance and appropriate speed management according to road and weather conditions.
- Conduct hazard perception and risk assessments continuously while driving to anticipate and avoid potential incidents.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of 20 persons, organizing schedules, training, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to report vehicle status, incidents, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle inspections, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Promote and enforce safety compliance policies within the team to foster a culture of safety and responsibility.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to unforeseen events or emergencies during transportation tasks.
- Support the company’s operational objectives by providing reliable and professional driving services.
