Senior ID Finishing Supervisor

Deluxe Furnishing is seeking a Senior ID Finishing Supervisor to lead and oversee the interior fit-out finishing activities on site. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least seven years of experience in managing and supervising finishing works within interior design projects. The Senior Supervisor will ensure that all finishing tasks align with the approved interior design drawings and specifications, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process. This position involves direct management of a team of 20 personnel, including subcontractors and workforce, to achieve timely and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong knowledge of finishing techniques, site progress monitoring, and quality control processes. This role demands excellent coordination skills to manage subcontractors and workforce while conducting thorough inspections to confirm compliance with technical specifications and project milestones. The Senior Supervisor also handles site progress reporting and punch-list workflows to ensure that any defects or incomplete work are addressed promptly, thereby contributing to the overall success of interior fit-out projects at Deluxe Furnishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the execution of interior fit-out finishing works according to project specifications and approved design drawings.
• Review interior design drawings and specifications to ensure all finishing activities comply with quality and technical standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and workforce effectively to optimize productivity and maintain project schedules.
• Conduct regular and detailed quality inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the finishing process.
• Monitor site progress and compile comprehensive progress reports to update management and stakeholders on project status.
• Implement punch-list workflows, ensuring timely identification, documentation, and resolution of defects or incomplete works.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to address any challenges or changes required during finishing stages.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations throughout all finishing work activities.
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with all project parties to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution.
