The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of professional video editing experience with a strong focus on short-form content including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role demands expertise in transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that effectively capture audience attention and drive viewer retention. The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional storytelling ability, strong creativity, and proficiency with industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential for success in this position. The Expert Video Editor at Denex Burst Media is responsible for crafting visually compelling narratives that elevate brand presence and resonate with dynamic social media audiences. This role requires deep familiarity with pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and color grading to ensure every video projects a professional and polished appearance. Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into captivating short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop compelling stories through precise pacing, seamless transitions, and captivating sound design tailored to target audience preferences and social media trends.
• Implement professional color correction and grading to enhance the visual aesthetics and mood of each project.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects to strengthen messaging and viewer engagement.
• Perform high-quality audio editing and mixing ensuring clear dialogue, balanced sound effects, and immersive audio experience.
• Manage proxy-based media workflows efficiently to handle large file sizes and optimize editing performance.
• Collaborate remotely with creative teams to understand project goals and deliver final videos that meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Maintain organization of video assets and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
• Continuously review and refine video content to improve storytelling impact, audience retention, and overall viewer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about emerging editing technologies, software updates, and social media platform changes to apply best practices.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure flawless output free of technical or visual errors.
