Join Deploy as an HR Executive where you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions to ensure smooth organizational operations. This position requires managing day-to-day HR tasks, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, payroll management, and maintaining accurate attendance records. You will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in enforcing HR policies and procedures, and contribute to creating a positive work environment. The role demands excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of HR experience, ready to contribute independently and collaboratively within the Deploy team. As an HR Executive at Deploy, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates with a focus on aligning talent with the company’s needs. You will facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture. Additional responsibilities include maintaining payroll accuracy, managing time and attendance systems, and supporting salary range administration. You will work closely with management to address employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues with discretion and fairness. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support Deploy's HR initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute talent acquisition activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees understand company policies, culture, and job expectations.
- Administer employee relations by addressing concerns, fostering positive communication, and resolving conflicts promptly and fairly.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Manage payroll processing accurately and on time, ensuring correct salary, benefits, deductions, and other compensations.
- Oversee time and attendance systems, monitor employee attendance records, and address discrepancies proactively.
- Support salary administration by helping to conduct salary benchmarking and assisting in salary range determination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle all HR records securely and professionally.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation while ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Provide administrative support in HR projects and processes, including performance management and training coordination.
- Use MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, to prepare reports, track HR metrics, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to coordinate HR initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Stay informed on current HR best practices, legal standards, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
