Design District Group is seeking a skilled Developer of AI Agents to join our innovative team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI agents capable of driving business growth through intelligent marketing strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with product and business teams to create agentic workflows that transform zero-growth scenarios into scalable user acquisition funnels reaching 100,000 users. You will leverage deep expertise in Python programming, large language model (LLM) application development, and AI agent architecture to build autonomous systems that perform complex tasks in marketing and business development. This position requires a hands-on developer with strong experience in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and AI model evaluation methods. Although the role does not involve managing a team, the developer will be responsible for independently leading project development from concept to execution. The ideal applicant demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and a strong technical foundation to pioneer cutting-edge AI-driven marketing solutions that continuously improve through observability and performance tuning.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents that execute marketing workflows to drive user growth and engagement.
- Implement agentic architectures that orchestrate multiple AI components to operate collaboratively toward business objectives.
- Build and maintain scalable systems using Python and relevant AI frameworks for LLM application development.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize input formats for LLMs and improve agent decision-making accuracy.
- Integrate retrieval-augmented generation methods and vector database technologies to enhance data retrieval and contextual understanding.
- Develop evaluation and observability tools to monitor AI agent performance, identify improvement areas, and document outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prototype innovative AI solutions that align with growth goals.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agents to ensure robustness, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing challenges and adapt AI workflows accordingly.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and research relevant to agentic systems and language model capabilities.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, ensuring consistent progress toward growth targets.
- Document development processes, architectures, and best practices to support ongoing improvements and knowledge sharing.
