Description
We are looking for a competent, dedicated, and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our commercial building project Phase-Vi, DHA, Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the commercial building site.
- Ensure construction work is executed strictly in accordance with approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and related documents.
- Monitor all stages of construction, including excavation, foundations, RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and site labor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption, site requirements, and proper utilization of construction resources to minimize wastage.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, and completed work against approved drawings and BOQs.
- Identify and report technical issues, construction discrepancies, material shortages, and potential delays to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, storage of materials, and discipline at the construction site.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- DAE in Civil Engineering or above.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience in commercial building construction will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of site measurements, material estimation, and quality control procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
