Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic interests, goals, and challenges.
- Assess educational needs using various assessment tools and techniques to identify suitable courses and programs.
- Develop personalized educational plans that align with students' interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Provide up-to-date information about educational programs, institutions, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist students in improving their decision-making skills related to education and career planning.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes to track effectiveness of counseling.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and external agencies to facilitate student admissions and support services.
- Organize and conduct workshops or seminars to educate students and parents about educational planning and options.
- Stay current with changes and trends in education systems, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to students dealing with academic or personal challenges related to their education.
