DGTX Services Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Online IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level Computer Science / ICT Tutor to join their team. This part-time, remote role involves delivering engaging, interactive lessons aligned with international curricula through online platforms. The tutor will work closely with students to develop their understanding of computer science and information communication technology concepts, ensuring they are well prepared for exams and assessments. The position includes managing a team of 10 tutors, supporting collaboration and high-quality teaching standards across the team. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in programming, databases, algorithms, and cybersecurity, and be proficient in teaching pseudocode and flowchart design. They will prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, and revision materials tailored to students’ individual needs. Skilled use of digital teaching tools such as Google Meet and Zoom is essential to facilitate clear and effective virtual instruction. This role requires a minimum of two years of online tutoring experience, familiarity with Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel exam boards, and a passion for guiding students to excel in their studies.

Responsibilities

· Deliver structured, student-centric Computer Science and ICT lessons online, following IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level curricula.

· Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, practical activities, revision guides, and aligned past paper exercises for effective exam preparation.

· Teach detailed topics including programming languages, database systems, algorithms, computational thinking, data representation, computer systems architecture, networking principles, cybersecurity, and related technology concepts.

· Explain complex technical concepts such as pseudocode and flowchart design in a clear and accessible manner.

· Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive, actionable feedback to support improvement.

· Customize teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learners’ needs, adapting strategies to maximize student engagement and understanding.

· Host interactive lessons using online platforms like Google Meet and Zoom, utilizing digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and coding tools to enhance participation.

· Support students in preparing coursework and practical assessments aligned with exam requirements.

· Collaborate and lead a team of 10 tutors, fostering a professional learning environment and sharing best practices for curriculum delivery.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest syllabus developments, exam formats, and pedagogical strategies in Computer Science and ICT education.

· Ensure reliable and professional conduct during online sessions, maintaining a suitable teaching environment with uninterrupted internet connectivity.
