DGTX Services Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Online IGCSE, AS Level & A Level Economics Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Economics and demonstrate proficiency in teaching various levels of this subject, including IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level curricula. This role requires a minimum of two years of online tutoring experience and the ability to engage students effectively through virtual platforms. The tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons using digital tools, ensuring students achieve their academic goals while maintaining consistent communication and support. This role involves managing a team of 10 persons, ensuring collaboration and quality tutoring services. The tutor must adeptly utilize online teaching platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom with interactive features like digital whiteboards and screen sharing. Excellent English communication skills and fluency are essential to provide clear explanations and foster an engaging learning environment. A relevant academic qualification in Economics or a related field is preferred to maintain a strong knowledge base and curriculum alignment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive online tutoring sessions for students studying IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level Economics, ensuring clear understanding and curriculum alignment.

Create well-structured lesson plans tailored to students’ needs, utilizing online teaching platforms, assessment tools, and progress tracking methods.

Use digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and other online instructional aids to enhance the learning experience and facilitate interactive lessons.

Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely feedback to students and their guardians.

Manage and lead a team of 10 tutors, promoting a collaborative environment, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistent teaching standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level Economics curriculum and academic requirements.

Ensure a reliable and professional online teaching environment with a stable internet connection and minimal disruptions.

Communicate effectively with students and team members in fluent English, addressing questions and facilitating a supportive educational atmosphere.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve tutoring approaches and stay current with educational technologies and methodologies.

Implement innovative teaching strategies to engage diverse learning styles and enhance student motivation and comprehension.
