DGTX Services Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Online IGCSE, AS Level & A Level Finance Tutor to deliver comprehensive finance education to students remotely. This role involves teaching core financial principles and practices according to international curricula standards, including IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level. The tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging online lessons, assisting students in understanding complex financial concepts, and supporting their exam readiness. The tutor must have strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, and proficiency in online teaching platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Additionally, this role includes managing a team of 10 tutors, ensuring quality instruction, coordinating lesson plans, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of online tutoring experience, familiarity with Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel exam boards, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs. This position offers a flexible, part-time remote work arrangement aimed at helping students achieve academic success in finance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and stimulating online finance lessons aligned with IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level syllabuses.
• Clearly explain financial concepts including financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, investment appraisal, and sources of finance through practical examples.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, practice exercises, revision materials, and mock exams tailored to specific curricula and exam requirements.
• Evaluate student progress continuously and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Customize teaching techniques to address individual student learning styles and needs effectively.
• Facilitate exam preparation sessions that build confidence and strengthen problem-solving abilities.
• Utilize online tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing to deliver lessons interactively and efficiently.
• Manage and support a team of 10 tutors by coordinating schedules, sharing resources, and ensuring consistent teaching standards.
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide training or mentoring to enhance teaching quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international finance curricula, assessment methods, and best practices in online education.
