DGTX Services Pvt Limited seeks a knowledgeable and dedicated Online IGCSE, AS Level & A Level Geography Tutor to provide high-quality, remote tutoring services. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience teaching Geography to secondary and pre-university students and is proficient in delivering structured and engaging lessons aligned with international curricula such as Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel. This role requires expertise in explaining complex geographical concepts, interpreting data, and utilizing various digital teaching tools to enhance student learning. As part of this role, the tutor will also manage a team of 10 persons, coordinating tutoring sessions and ensuring a consistent, student-focused learning experience. The tutor is responsible for preparing detailed lesson plans and instructional materials, using maps, diagrams, case studies, and GIS software to enrich teaching. Strong communication skills are essential to convey geographical theories and processes clearly and to support students’ academic progress with constructive assessments. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in remote teaching platforms and maintain a reliable, professional online environment. Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive online Geography lessons tailored to IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level curricula.
- Explain complex geographical concepts, processes, and theories clearly using relevant examples, maps, diagrams, and case studies.
- Design and prepare comprehensive lesson plans, revision materials, and past-paper practice exercises aligned with Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel exam requirements.
- Teach core topics including physical geography, human geography, climate, weather patterns, ecosystems, urban environments, population studies, tectonic activity, rivers, and coastal processes.
- Enhance students' skills in map reading, cartography, geographical data interpretation, and critical analysis.
- Integrate Geographic Information System (GIS) tools such as ArcGIS Pro and QGIS into lessons to provide practical experience.
- Support exam preparation and explain geographical fieldwork techniques and methodologies.
- Continuously assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and discussions, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Adapt instructional approaches to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs to optimize understanding and engagement.
- Utilize remote teaching technologies effectively, including Google Meet, Zoom, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing to facilitate interactive sessions.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 tutors, coordinating schedules, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistent instructional quality across all sessions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports professional development and continuous improvement in tutoring methods.
- Maintain a reliable and distraction-free online teaching environment supported by a strong internet connection and appropriate hardware.
