Description

The successful candidate will work closely with other engineers to build conversational AI solutions that enhance user engagement and deliver real-world value. Expertise in Python backend development using FastAPI, cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and API integration is essential. The role also involves conducting mobile app market analysis and applying web and mobile development skills to optimize AI-powered applications for various platforms. This is a challenging opportunity designed for professionals with at least one year of direct experience with large language models and voice AI, ready to contribute immediately and demonstrate previous project outcomes in high-impact environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade conversational AI applications with a focus on voice AI capabilities including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice cloning.
• Design and develop scalable AI backend systems using FastAPI and Python, ensuring robust and efficient performance.
• Implement prompt engineering and conversation orchestration strategies to improve AI interaction quality and responsiveness.
• Manage AI memory and context using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and embeddings for enhanced dialogue continuity.
• Integrate multiple APIs and manage asynchronous workflows to support complex AI features and data interactions.
• Deploy AI models and applications on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, optimizing for scalability and reliability.
• Conduct mobile app market analysis to inform AI application features and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate in web development and mobile development tasks to ensure AI applications are fully integrated across user interfaces.
• Test, debug, and optimize AI systems to meet performance, accuracy, and user experience goals.
• Document AI development processes, API integrations, and deployment methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
