Dm Coaching System seeks a dedicated Part-Time Tutor specializing in Physics and Mathematics to teach 9th, 10th, 1st Year, and 2nd Year students. 4 days a week 

This role requires a strong command of subject matter, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare clear, engaging lessons aligned with board examination requirements. The tutor will help students grasp fundamental concepts, complete curriculum-based instruction, and succeed in their academic goals within a positive and disciplined learning environment. The position demands commitment, punctuality, and a passion for education, offering an enriching opportunity to support student development in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will conduct regular practice sessions, evaluations, and revisions, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. They will be responsible for curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and student assessments to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback. This role does not involve team management but emphasizes individual contribution to the coaching center's academic excellence by fostering student confidence and academic achievement in Physics and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and structured lessons in Physics and Mathematics following the prescribed board syllabus.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to student learning levels.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, tests, and revision classes to reinforce subject knowledge and exam readiness.
• Assess student performance through continuous evaluations and provide personalized guidance to improve understanding.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with the coaching center to ensure curriculum alignment and uphold academic standards.
• Manage time effectively to cover syllabus topics in a timely manner while balancing multiple student groups.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills within the context of Physics and Mathematics.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all teaching activities and interactions with students and staff.
