Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8 pharmacy staff members to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service.
• Coordinate daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, sales support, and computer data entry.
• Implement project management techniques to streamline pharmacy processes and enhance productivity using Microsoft Project.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor sales activities and support the team in meeting targets and maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for pharmaceutical products and transactions.
• Train and mentor new team members in pharmacy procedures and computer operation systems.
