You will be responsible for translating and localizing content accurately to meet the company’s high standards and adapt messages to diverse audiences. This role involves managing a team of five, ensuring that projects are completed effectively and aligned with company objectives. In this position, you will integrate project management principles with linguistic expertise to oversee the entire translation workflow. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to meet deadlines and maintain the consistency of terminology across all materials. You will also be responsible for accurately recording production data and submitting it as required. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in translation, strong localization skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five translation professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Translate diverse documents and content, maintaining the original meaning and tone while adapting it to the target culture.
• Utilize localization tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of translation processes.
• Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Coordinate project schedules and assign tasks to team members, monitoring progress and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and submit reports in a timely manner as required by company protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in translation and localization workflows to optimize productivity and quality.
• Support training and development activities to enhance the skills and competencies of team members.
• Manage compliance with company policies, including safety and operational procedures such as verifying driver license requirements where applicable.
