Description
As a Female Aesthetic Nurse at Dr. Shays Wellness Clinic, you will be responsible for executing clinical procedures with precision while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation. The role also involves performing vital signs measurements, phlebotomy, body composition analysis, and ensuring strict sterilization practices to maintain a safe clinical environment. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly, honest, loyal, and dependable attitude to promote a positive clinic atmosphere. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it offers extensive opportunities to develop clinical expertise within a supportive and patient-centered setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and hydrafacial procedures with precision and care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and clinical indications.
- Execute injections accurately, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-procedure skin care consultations and provide detailed instructions to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and body composition data before, during, and after treatments to track patient progress.
- Carry out phlebotomy procedures complying with clinical standards and infection control protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions and procedures.
- Adhere strictly to sterilization and hygiene protocols to uphold a safe and sanitary clinical environment.
- Apply strong anatomical knowledge to assess patient suitability for various aesthetic treatments and to avoid complications.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients to address their concerns, explain procedures, and build rapport.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient care experience while upholding the clinic’s standards and values.
- Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining a friendly, honest, and dependable approach in all patient and team interactions.
