Dr. Waseem Fitness (DWF), Pakistan’s largest health, wellness, and fitness coaching platform, seeks a motivated Sales Representative Indoor to join its dynamic team based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This full-time role involves engaging with clients through virtual and face-to-face meetings to promote wellness services that transform lives. The ideal candidate appreciates a structured workday from 10am to 6pm and brings at least one year of proven customer service, public relations, or sales experience in business-to-consumer environments. As an indoor sales representative, you will focus on building strong client relationships and managing all stages of the sales process without managing a team.

Responsibilities

Engage clients effectively via virtual meetings, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions to understand their needs and present appropriate fitness services. Manage appointment scheduling, respond promptly to calls and messages, and welcome walk-in clients by providing attentive service. Skillfully negotiate and close appointments, ensuring client satisfaction and trust. Address client complaints and objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to reinforce confidence in our services. Maintain accurate and organized client records and files to support seamless communication and follow-ups. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on client interactions and sales activities to inform management and support business decisions. Collect and document client feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement and client retention. Adhere to company policies and workflow standards while demonstrating a commitment to enhancing client experiences and promoting the Dr. Waseem Fitness brand.
