Description
Drav is seeking motivated Final Expense Closers to join our office located in Bahria Phase 7. The role focuses on verifying clients' information and closing final expense insurance sales. Candidates with at least two years of relevant experience are preferred. This position offers an attractive uncapped commission structure, with earnings ranging from 80,000 to 500,000. The role is office-based and provides the opportunity to engage directly with clients to secure valuable insurance coverage. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the closing process effectively without managing a team.
Responsibilities
• Verify client information to ensure accuracy and eligibility for final expense insurance policies.
• Engage with prospective clients to provide details about final expense insurance products and answer their questions.
• Manage the entire closing process, from initial contact through finalizing insurance agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and policy documents in compliance with company policies.
• Follow up with clients to resolve any outstanding requirements and ensure timely completion of applications.
• Collaborate with the office team and management to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Stay informed about product features, policy changes, and insurance regulations relevant to final expense coverage.
• Handle objections professionally and use persuasive communication techniques to achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and ethical standards throughout the sales and closing process.
