Description
Drivus Call Center is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and enhance the human resources function while overseeing the smooth daily operations of the office. This role requires managing a diverse team of 25 persons and driving efficient recruitment, employee relations, and administrative processes to support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience managing recruitment cycles, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing organizational development strategies that improve workforce productivity and engagement.
The HR Manager is responsible for creating a professional and disciplined work environment by developing and enforcing HR policies and workplace standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with various departments and external partners to sustain operational excellence and support senior management in achieving corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing candidates, evaluating suitability, and finalizing hires to secure qualified and reliable employees.
- Oversee and maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave, performance appraisals, and other HR-related documentation ensuring compliance and accessibility.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards that align with legal requirements and company values.
- Supervise daily office operations to ensure all departments operate efficiently and effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate communication and conflict resolution between management and employees regarding operational and HR matters to promote workplace harmony.
- Assist in managing ancillary business operations such as sales support, purchasing logistics, supplier relations, and quotation processing to optimize office workflow.
- Monitor office expenses, supply inventories, documentation processes, and administrative requirements to maintain order and fiscal responsibility.
- Handle official correspondence, reports, email communication, and maintain professional business interactions internally and externally.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, customers, and external partners ensuring smooth coordination and timely responses to business needs.
- Support senior management by providing timely updates on HR and operational matters, following up on action items, and assisting with strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to discipline, professionalism, and regulatory compliance to cultivate a safe and motivating work culture.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25 employees, fostering their development through performance management, succession planning, and continuous organizational improvement initiatives.
