E Sahulat Gulberg seeks a dedicated and honest individual to join as a Shop Assistant responsible for operating Photostat machines, handling printing jobs, and managing payment services including Easypaisa and JazzCash. The position requires a hardworking candidate familiar with basic computer and printing operations. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulberg Residencia, Ghauri Town, or Soan Garden to ensure punctual and consistent attendance during the duty hours of 8 AM to 8 PM. The role involves active engagement with customers, maintaining service quality, and supporting the daily operations of the printing shop. This position entails managing a small team of 2 persons, thus requiring effective coordination and supportive leadership skills to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for technical tasks but also for creating a welcoming environment for customers and upholding the standards of E Sahulat Gulberg as a trusted service provider.
Responsibilities
- Operate Photostat machines and perform printing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments using Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other relevant payment systems.
- Maintain the shop's equipment and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their printing and payment needs.
- Support and coordinate activities within the small team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor the shop environment to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Manage cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts responsibly.
- Maintain records of transactions and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Ensure security protocols are followed to protect shop assets and customer data.
- Work flexible hours as per the schedule from 8 AM to 8 PM, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
