Responsibilities

• Accurately process cash transactions and handle various payment methods according to company procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 2 persons, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient task completion.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash received and ensure proper documentation for auditing purposes.
• Verify the authenticity of currency and detect discrepancies during cash handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to cash management and security.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving transaction-related issues promptly.
• Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts, preparing detailed reports for management review.
• Monitor daily cash flow and report any irregularities or shortages immediately to the appropriate supervisors.
• Train team members on cash handling protocols and customer service standards to promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes and overall customer satisfaction.
