Description
EBay House is seeking an experienced E-commerce specialist to lead and enhance our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and dropshipping management, demonstrating strong capabilities in digital marketing, product management, and data analytics specifically tailored to the e-commerce sector. This role involves managing a small team of two individuals, driving strategy, and optimizing performance to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will oversee daily e-commerce activities, including product selection, marketing campaigns, and customer experience improvements. They will analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions, enhance user engagement, and increase revenue. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet the dynamic needs of the online marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead a team of two persons, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals to drive online traffic and sales growth.
- Oversee dropshipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to optimize product offerings and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product management team to select and manage a profitable product portfolio.
- Monitor website performance metrics and user experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices in data privacy and security.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
