About the Role

Ecom-Xpert is expanding its eBay operations team and is looking for motivated individuals who want to build practical experience in e-commerce and eBay account management.

This is not a traditional eBay Virtual Assistant position where one person manages an entire eBay account.

At Ecom-Xpert, our eBay operations are divided into specialized roles. Each employee is responsible for one specific part of the eBay business process across multiple eBay accounts.

Depending on your skills and experience, you will be assigned to ONE of the following departments:

1. Product Research / Product Hunting

Responsibilities may include:

• Researching profitable products for eBay

• Finding products according to company-defined criteria

• Comparing products, prices and competitors

• Checking product availability

• Recording researched products accurately in company sheets

• Following product research guidelines provided by the company

2. eBay Product Listing

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating and uploading eBay listings

• Entering product titles, descriptions, prices, images and other information

• Following company listing standards

• Checking listings for errors before publishing

• Updating existing listings when required

• Maintaining accurate product information

3. eBay Order Processing

Responsibilities may include:

• Checking incoming eBay orders

• Processing orders according to company procedures

• Entering customer and order information accurately

• Updating order status

• Recording tracking information

• Coordinating with the relevant team regarding order-related issues

4. eBay Sheets & Data Management

Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining eBay account spreadsheets

• Recording orders, sales, costs and other account information

• Keeping sheets updated and organized

• Checking data for errors or missing information

• Preparing daily operational records

• Coordinating with product research, listing and order-processing teams

Important

You will NOT be responsible for performing all of the above tasks.

Selected candidates will normally be assigned to one specialized role based on their skills, performance and company requirements.

For example, an employee hired for product listing may handle product listings for several eBay accounts but will not be responsible for product hunting, order processing or complete account management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have basic computer knowledge

• Can work comfortably with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

• Have good attention to detail

• Can accurately enter and manage data

• Can follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Have basic English reading and writing skills

• Are responsible and punctual

Previous experience with eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, product research, product listing, order processing or e-commerce will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Salary

Starting Salary: PKR 25,000 per month

Note: This salary will increase once you master your assigned task, and it will also increase as the number of accounts grows. If accepted, the candidate will initially start with one or two eBay accounts.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their skills, understanding of the assigned role and overall suitability for Ecom-Xpert's eBay operations team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned eBay operational tasks such as product hunting, product listing, order processing, or spreadsheet/data management.
• Work on multiple eBay accounts while focusing on one assigned area of responsibility.
• Maintain accurate records and update Google Sheets/Excel files as required.
• Follow company procedures, instructions, and quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy when entering product, order, pricing, tracking, and account-related information.
• Complete assigned daily tasks and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate with other team members, including product researchers, listing staff, order processors, and data-management staff.
• Report errors, account issues, unavailable products, order problems, or other concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date operational data.
• Learn and follow EcomXpert's eBay workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of client accounts, business information, and company data.

Note: Each employee will normally be assigned to one specialized function. Candidates will not be expected to manage an entire eBay account independently.
