Ecomifly seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of four years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and REST API development. This role requires familiarity with the healthcare industry to effectively contribute to domain-specific projects. The developer will work collaboratively managing a small team of two, leading technical initiatives, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering a productive and innovative work environment. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. The role involves continuous integration and delivery using CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.
• Manage and provide technical guidance to a small development team of two, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply best practices in software development including version control, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging web development technologies and industry trends relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Analyze and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges to deliver efficient and secure applications.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations in software development and deployment.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and other departments to align project goals and resolve any technical challenges.
