EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Officer specializing in Business Analytics. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience and a strong background in handling health claims data. This role focuses on collecting, validating, and analyzing claims data to ensure accuracy and consistency. You will develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced tools like Power BI and Excel, enabling the organization to monitor key performance indicators such as claims turnaround time, repudiation trends, and operational productivity. You will play a critical role in generating actionable insights by analyzing claims utilization, cost trends, and provider performance to support strategic decision-making. This position does not involve managing a team but demands effective collaboration across departments. Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation processes, and report preparation will empower you to maintain high data integrity standards. Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze health claims data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain claims dashboards, MIS reports, and operational reports tailored for management use.
- Monitor key performance indicators including claims turnaround time, claims volumes, repudiation trends, and operational productivity.
- Analyze claims utilization, cost trends, and provider performance data to generate actionable business insights.
- Conduct data reconciliation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of claims-related information across multiple systems.
- Assist in designing and developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of MIS reports to support operational decision-making.
- Continuously improve data validation processes to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and health insurance data management.
