The Night Shift Recruiter at Eila Solutions will manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously without direct team management responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across Pakistan and Canadian markets.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels including Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adapt to working the night shift while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of changes and developments in the recruitment industry and relevant labor markets, especially in Pakistan and Canada.
