Description

Responsible for sales support, product demonstrations, installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales technical service of technical education equipment used in universities, higher education institutions, technical colleges, and medical education setups.

Requirements :-
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 
• 2–3 years of relevant experience; candidates with up to 5 years may be considered. 
• Must have hands-on experience with technical education products/equipment used in universities, higher education institutes, technical colleges, or medical education setups. • Familiarity with Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, and Industrial laboratory equipment 
• Experience in product demonstrations, technical training, installation, troubleshooting, or technical sales support is preferred. 
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. 
• Good MS Office and documentation skills. 
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise. 
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits and service assignments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 
• Maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, faculty, lab staff, and procurement teams. 
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for education equipment. 
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training for faculty, lab staff, instructors, and students. 
• Conduct field visits for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and customer support. 
• Support the Sales Team with technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. 
• Coordinate with OEM/principal companies for technical support, spare parts, training, and warranty matters. 
• Provide post-sales and technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 
• Travel to customer sites across assigned cities/regions as required.
