Elmanarah Faisalabad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female SEO Specialist to join our in-house team in a dedicated environment designed exclusively for female employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, separate office space focused on personal growth and professional development within a software house setting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the fundamentals of search engine optimization, possesses basic English reading and writing skills, and is comfortable using computers and browsing the internet. No prior experience is required; however, a strong willingness to learn and improve is essential to succeed in this position. The SEO Specialist will contribute to enhancing our online presence by performing link-building activities and supporting content creation efforts with simple English sentences. This is an in-office position with no option for remote work, emphasizing collaboration and continuous grooming to advance the candidate's abilities. During the training period, the salary will be up to 20,000, with potential growth to approximately 30,000 after successful completion of training and demonstrated improvement. This position does not involve managing a team but focuses on individual contribution and skill development in the digital marketing domain.

Responsibilities

• Perform link-building tasks to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
• Read, understand, and follow instructions written in English related to SEO activities.
• Write simple sentences and short paragraphs in English for basic content creation and communication.
• Use computer systems and internet browsers to research, gather information, and execute SEO tasks.
• Assist in updating and maintaining SEO-related processes under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate actively in training programs aimed at enhancing SEO skills and digital marketing knowledge.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new SEO techniques and tools to enhance job performance.
• Adhere strictly to office policies including working on-site in the dedicated female-only office space.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to support the overall goals of the digital marketing team.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism in the workplace to uphold the company culture and standards.
