Description
Eminent Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator specializing in Life Sciences and Medical Technologies (LMT). The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage communication between sales teams and distributors, and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up processes. This role requires at least two years of experience in sales coordination, with a strong focus on maintaining customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and supporting field operations. The candidate does not manage a team but collaborates closely with Sales Managers, Executives, and other departments to achieve sales goals and streamline workflows. The Sales Coordinator acts as a vital link between the salesforce, distributors, and support functions such as Finance and Warehouse. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive sales reports, tracking purchase orders, managing market visit data, and resolving operational issues. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively handle scheduling, coordination, and data maintenance tasks. By ensuring timely and accurate sales updates and assisting management with analysis, the coordinator helps drive efficient sales processes and supports continuous improvement within the company's sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities closely with Life Sciences and Medical Technologies sales teams, Sales Managers, Executives, and Distributors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain detailed sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly Target versus Achievement summaries.
- Monitor and analyze primary and secondary sales data, outstanding payments, recovery status, and ageing reports to track financial health and sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on sales targets, order fulfillment, recovery efforts, and market activity execution.
- Follow up diligently on distributor orders, payments, security cheques, agreements, and maintain reconciled ledger records to ensure transactional accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and updated sales records including distributor-wise reports and performance evaluations for management review.
- Liaise with the Sales Team and Head Office to resolve order processing challenges and address operational issues efficiently.
- Oversee PJP (Projected Journey Plan) market visits, attendance, and related field activities carried out by the sales and Business Associate teams.
- Document Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and track action points to facilitate timely follow-ups and accountability.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve sales-related queries and maintain cross-departmental consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, discounts, returns, stock levels, and product complaints to assist in quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Support management by generating sales analyses, market trend reports, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communicate management instructions and updates related to sales activities clearly and promptly to the concerned teams.
- Track Life Sciences and Medical Technologies purchase orders until delivery and maintain comprehensive receiving records.
- Perform additional sales coordination and reporting tasks as assigned by Sales Management to support overall operational efficiency.
