Description
EspressoLab, a premium international coffee brand, is looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Baristas to join our team at DHA Phase VI, Karachi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages according to EspressoLab’s standards, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and creating a welcoming café experience. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and grow within a professional hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, answer questions, and recommend suitable beverages.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, temperature, and portion sizes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
- Follow EspressoLab’s operational procedures, recipes, and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station, work areas, equipment, and customer service counters.
- Follow food safety, health, safety, and security procedures throughout each shift.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately, where required.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and maintenance checklists.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy periods.
- Remain punctual, professional, and flexible in performing various duties assigned by management.
