Eswap Technologies (Private) Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager specializing in Battery Cabinet systems. This role demands comprehensive expertise in battery energy storage system design and battery management systems, with an emphasis on overseeing the technical planning and development of electrical control cabinets associated with energy storage applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of technical experience in battery-related fields, including at least two years in leadership or project management roles. The Electrical Manager will lead a team of five professionals, managing all aspects from project scheduling and quality assurance to cost control and team development. The role requires strong knowledge of system integration, battery safety protection, thermal management, and cabinet design for both high and low voltage equipment. The candidate will be responsible for technical risk assessment and ensuring adherence to safety standards and certifications for domestic and international markets. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight of production processes, staff training, and departmental growth, supporting Eswap Technologies' commitment to innovation and reliable energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall technical scheme for battery systems, including the coordination of structural design, electrical schematics, wiring specifications, and safety protection features for high and low voltage electrical control cabinets and energy storage distribution cabinets.
• Oversee full-cycle project management by tracking project schedules, quality milestones, and cost targets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of electrical cabinet projects.
• Lead the mass production process control by identifying root causes of production abnormalities, implementing corrective measures, and driving continuous improvements in product yield and operational stability.
• Manage a team of five professionals through effective work allocation, performance evaluations, skill development, and departmental growth initiatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of the department’s annual work plan, technical roadmap, and budget requests, aligning team efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Maintain a strong focus on technical risk and cost control, ensuring all designs and implementations comply with industry safety certifications and standards applicable to energy storage and electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery management systems, thermal management strategies, and safety protocols into product designs.
• Supervise the selection and application of electrical components, including circuit breakers, to guarantee equipment reliability and safety.
• Support continuous improvement projects by reviewing technical issues, facilitating problem-solving sessions, and driving implementation of best practices.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management to support the department and company goals.
