This role is crucial in managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing cash flow management to support the company's financial health and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, a strong educational background, and the ability to lead and develop a team. The Finance Manager will lead a team of two professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve departmental goals. This leadership role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with ERP software, and the ability to build financial models and forecasts. Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage budgeting processes, including the creation of forecasts and variance analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards to maintain corporate integrity.
• Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and long-term investment goals.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of ERP software for financial tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Build and refine financial models and cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision making by senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, providing training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business operations and strategy.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, devising mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
• Coordinate audits and support external auditors as required.
• Continuously improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
