Description
In addition to proficiency in photography and videography, the role demands advanced video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut. Expertise in color grading, audio synchronization, and sound editing is essential to produce polished final products. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom supports photo editing tasks. The position is based on-site in Lahore and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to cover event schedules. While team management is not a component of this role, the candidate must exhibit self-motivation and excellent project management skills. Knowledge of drone operation, motion graphics, After Effects, product photography, studio lighting, and short-form content strategies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographic and video content at corporate events including conferences, product launches, annual dinners, seminars, and brand activations.
- Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots aligned with client brand requirements.
- Produce engaging social media content such as reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional videos with accurate framing and composition.
- Operate cameras skillfully, adjusting settings for lighting, exposure, and focus to suit various event conditions.
- Perform smooth cinematic movements using gimbals and other stabilization equipment.
- Record clear audio during interviews and testimonials, ensuring proper sound synchronization in edits.
- Edit videos proficiently using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut, applying basic to advanced color grading and sound editing techniques.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo retouching and post-production work.
- Produce content in both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats to suit diverse publishing platforms.
- Organize and archive raw footage and project files systematically for ease of access and future use.
- Deliver event highlight videos on the same or next day adhering to tight deadlines.
- Maintain a strong and professional portfolio or showreel showcasing a range of corporate photography and videography projects.
- Demonstrate availability to work during evenings and weekends according to event schedules.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure creative vision and brand standards are met.
- Leverage additional skills such as drone operation, motion graphics, After Effects, product photography, studio lighting, and short-form content strategy to enhance project delivery when possible.
