Description

Evox Intelligent Technology is seeking a skilled Translator with proficiency in Urdu and Chinese languages to facilitate clear and effective communication between English, Urdu, and Chinese speakers. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and possess strong listening, speaking, and translation abilities. This role involves interpreting conversations during meetings, business discussions, and daily work, and providing timely and accurate translations of documents and messages. The candidate must be responsible, patient, and eager to learn while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication standards. The Translator will work closely with Chinese management and various stakeholders to support smooth communication and coordination. While managing a team is not a part of this role, the candidate will play a critical part in bridging language gaps and assisting with daily communication tasks. Prior experience working with Chinese companies or managers and holding an HSK certificate is an advantage. The position demands excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, along with preferred Chinese language proficiency to enhance the quality of translations and interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation for daily communication purposes.
• Assist in Chinese-Urdu communications by delivering precise interpretations during meetings, business discussions, and regular work interactions.
• Translate documents, messages, and related materials accurately and timely while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively in English and Urdu to support coordination between different departments and management.
• Support Chinese management with daily communication and coordination to enhance operational efficiency.
• Use strong listening and speaking skills to capture the context and intent during translation and interpretation tasks.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and responsibility during all translation activities.
• Leverage previous experience with Chinese companies or Chinese managers to anticipate and address communication challenges.
• Continuously improve language skills and translation techniques with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in multi-language communications.
