The Export Manager plays a critical role in the efficient and compliant international distribution of surgical instruments manufactured by the company. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant export laws, regulations, and trade agreements governing the shipment of surgical instruments.
• Prepare and review export documentation accurately including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and liaise with customs brokers to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to support effective international distribution.
• Monitor shipment schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade regulations and proactively implement changes to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to streamline export operations and resolve challenges.
• Analyze export performance metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in export transactions to minimize delays and financial impacts.
• Support the development and implementation of export policies and procedures to enhance operational consistency and compliance.
