Eze Grow is seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Expert to join its growing office in Gulberg, Lahore. This role involves managing and optimizing international Google Ads accounts to drive impactful lead generation results. The ideal candidate leverages over two years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, with a strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns, conversion tracking, and cost-efficiency. The position requires expertise in GA4, GTM, call tracking, Smart Bidding, and multi-account agency handling via MCC. This onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to lead and mentor a team of three, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality work across projects through standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead the setup and management of multiple client accounts using Google Ads MCC, ensuring best practices in campaign structure and reporting. Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent analysis to target the right audience segments and maximize return on ad spend. Utilize GA4 and GTM for advanced analytics integration to track user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance accurately. Optimize Smart Bidding strategies to improve targeting precision and budget allocation efficiency. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation. Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns with detailed analytics and insights to stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and ethical advertising standards at all times.
