Faisal AI Solutions is seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions leveraging large language models and advanced AI technologies. This role involves integrating conversational AI systems with various platforms and applications, focusing on prompt engineering and API development to deliver engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and brings at least two years of practical experience in AI chatbot development and cloud deployment. The AI Chatbot Developer will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of chatbot capabilities. The role demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues while optimizing chatbot responses to align with user needs. Effective communication skills are essential to coordinate work and share technical knowledge, ensuring deployment and maintenance of scalable AI-driven chat solutions without managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using large language models to create responsive and human-like conversational interfaces.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of chatbot responses.
- Integrate chatbots with internal and external APIs to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
- Develop and optimize Python scripts and applications supporting chatbot workflows and services.
- Deploy chatbots on cloud platforms ensuring scalability, reliability, and secure operations.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to gather requirements and deliver effective chatbot solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues affecting chatbot functionality using debugging tools and logs.
- Optimize chatbot performance by refining OpenAI API prompts for faster and more relevant responses.
- Monitor chatbot interactions to gather insights and identify areas for continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
- Document chatbot designs, APIs, and deployment processes to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing.
