Faisal Movers is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Officer (Female) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing basic medical assistance, managing minor injuries, and supporting employee health and safety initiatives across our organization. This role requires a professional with recognized medical qualifications such as D-Pharmacy, BS Nursing, or MBBS, who is capable of effectively handling emergencies and maintaining comprehensive medical records. With a responsibility to oversee a large team of 50 personnel, the Medical Officer will demonstrate leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services within our fast-paced transportation environment. The Medical Officer will be responsible for maintaining first-aid supplies, coordinating with external medical facilities during emergencies, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management. The ideal candidate should be responsible, presentable, and able to work under pressure while providing timely and accurate medical support. Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and basic medical assistance including first aid to employees as needed.
• Assess and manage minor injuries and common health complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and monitor the stock levels of medicines and first-aid supplies.
• Ensure the availability, proper storage, and management of first-aid materials and emergency medical equipment.
• Handle medical emergencies by coordinating efficiently with hospitals, clinics, and emergency responders.
• Support employee health and safety programs by advising on healthcare best practices and participating in safety drives.
• Prepare detailed medical reports and maintain all necessary documentation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and manage a team of 50 personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards in medical and emergency response.
• Stay updated with the latest medical protocols and healthcare advancements to apply best practices in treatment and emergency care.
• Manage the transportation environment’s medical readiness by assessing risks and implementing preventative measures.
• Perform any other medical-related duties assigned by the management to enhance workplace health and safety.
