Faisal Movers seeks a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with at least two years of experience to join their team. This role focuses on maintaining and analyzing comprehensive fleet and vehicle-related data to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The analyst utilizes advanced data visualization tools and reporting techniques, primarily Microsoft Excel and Power BI, to transform complex data sets into actionable business insights. This position suits a candidate skilled in data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence, with a keen interest in transportation or fleet management environments. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring fleet performance through meticulous data consolidation and dashboard development. The role requires preparing regular analytical reports that inform management about operational trends and suggest improvements to enhance resource utilization. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate works cross-functionally to support organizational goals through data-driven recommendations and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of fleet and vehicle metrics, including utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and operational performance indicators.
- Develop and manage advanced dashboards in Microsoft Excel for continuous fleet performance monitoring and insightful management reporting.
- Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports to support real-time data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Consolidate data from diverse sources ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and reliability for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Perform trend analysis to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for operational improvement within the fleet management process.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports tailored to management's informational needs.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks and streamline data processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Transform complex, raw data into clear, meaningful business insights to support data-driven decision-making and organizational success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytic solutions.
