Description
Faisal Movers Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Supervisor with strong knowledge of bus spare parts, vehicle maintenance components, and inventory management to support our transport and workshop operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of bus spare parts and workshop inventory.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of bus parts, including engine components, filters, brake systems, clutches, suspension, steering, electrical parts, belts, bearings, lubricants, and other mechanical components.
- Identify spare parts according to bus models, specifications, part numbers, and compatibility requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock transactions.
- Track spare parts consumption, movement, availability, and reorder levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Coordinate with Workshop and Maintenance teams to identify required parts for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Verify incoming parts against purchase orders, delivery challans, quantities, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded stock.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory and report obsolete or excess stock.
- Ensure proper bin locations, labeling, storage, and traceability of all spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, and Workshop teams to ensure timely availability and cost-effective utilization of spare parts.
