Family Cash And Carry is seeking an experienced Online Home Delivery Supervisor to oversee and manage the home delivery operations for our online food and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience, preferably with hands-on knowledge of the Food Panda application and other e-commerce websites and applications. This role involves supervising a dedicated team of six members to ensure timely and efficient order processing, rate updates, and customer satisfaction through effective online delivery management. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of online order rates, monitoring the performance of the delivery processes, and coordinating with the e-commerce and food delivery platforms to optimize service quality. This position requires strong organizational abilities and familiarity with online applications to manage daily tasks effectively and improve overall delivery operations. The role also demands proactive problem-solving skills to address any challenges related to order accuracy, delivery timelines, and application updates, ensuring smooth end-to-end home delivery experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of six delivery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient home delivery operations.
• Maintain and update product rates and availability accurately on the Food Panda application and other e-commerce websites.
• Coordinate daily with platform support teams to resolve issues related to order processing and application usage.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee order verification processes to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Train and guide team members on using the Food Panda application and other e-commerce tools effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders and delivery with professionalism and promptness.
• Prepare reports on delivery activities, rate updates, and operational challenges for management review.
• Implement best practices in online home delivery to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations during the delivery process.
