Description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can own our application infrastructure, deployments, and technical architecture while working closely with our development team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications incorporating both frontend and backend technologies.
- Lead and manage a small development team, providing mentorship and ensuring quality delivery.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using best practices in DevOps.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to support application needs.
- Configure and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployment workflows.
- Oversee server configuration, load balancing, DNS, and SSL to ensure high availability and secure communications.
- Develop and manage APIs that enable seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
- Monitor application performance and infrastructure health, actively identifying and mitigating risks related to scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems architecture, deployment processes, and support workflows.
