The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in software development, proficient in creating responsive, reliable, and scalable web applications. This role requires close attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently without managing a team. The successful developer will translate business requirements into innovative, functional software solutions, ensuring seamless communication and customer experience within the call center environment. The developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development efforts, handling database management, cloud service integration particularly with Google Cloud Platform, and rigorous testing and debugging to deliver a high-quality product. They must have expertise in responsive design to create user-friendly interfaces and apply unit testing techniques to maintain robust code quality. The role calls for a developer who can effectively integrate various technologies to build a comprehensive inbound call center system that meets the needs of Flybirds Travels and Tours Private Limited’s UK taxi cab service project.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a responsive and efficient inbound call center system tailored for UK taxi cab service operations managed from Pakistan.
• Create, maintain, and update website and software applications with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and performance.
• Manage database design and execution to ensure reliable storage, retrieval, and security of call center and taxi service data.
• Integrate cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform, to support scalable and flexible application infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough testing including unit testing to validate code quality and functionality ensuring bug-free and stable releases.
• Debug and troubleshoot software and website issues promptly to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document code, system configurations, and development processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Optimize website and application speed and responsiveness for a seamless end-user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging software development tools, trends, and technologies to continuously improve product offerings.
