Forvere is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing professional with at least two years of experience to lead and manage a team of 50 individuals. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Email Marketing and demonstrate the ability to guide and inspire a large team towards achieving marketing goals. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The successful candidate will oversee multiple digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends. They will analyze campaign performance, refine email marketing tactics, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maximize outreach and conversion rates. Excellent leadership and organizational skills are essential to effectively manage the sizeable team and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on email marketing to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of 50 marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to align marketing campaigns with overall company goals.
