Cabin Cleaning Supervisor

Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cabin Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cabin cleaning operations ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety aboard aircraft. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in aircraft cleaning or aviation ground operations and be responsible for supervising a team of one person. 

Responsibilities

• 💰 Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000

• 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Supervise and manage cabin cleaning teams.
• Ensure aircraft cabins meet airline cleanliness standards.
• Allocate manpower and ensure timely cleaning.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve service issues.
• Ensure safety, security, and airline procedures are followed.

• 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
• Graduation or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of aircraft cleaning/aviation ground operations experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
