Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Manager Sales – Auto Finance to lead a dynamic team of five professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of auto finance products, sales strategy development, and sales analytics combined with strong expertise in credit assessment and financial analysis.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
We are looking for an experienced Manager Sales – Consumer Auto Division to drive sales, achieve assigned targets, manage customer relationships, and assess the creditworthiness of auto financing/leasing customers.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Evaluate credit applications of existing and potential customers/lessees.
Analyze financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and repayment capacity.
Assess credit risk and recommend suitable financing limits and terms.
Prepare credit reports with financial analysis, risks, and recommendations.
Monitor customer portfolios and identify potential repayment/default risks.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Auto Finance, Consumer Finance, Leasing, Banking, or Credit.
Strong knowledge of sales, credit assessment, and financial analysis.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
