Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing phone banking operations while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues efficiently. 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Phone Banking Officer to join our client's team.

Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Salary: PKR 55,000
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist customers with banking products and services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and service standards.
Ensure a positive customer experience.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Urdu.
Customer-focused and professional attitude.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
