Description
Ghani Value Glass is seeking a dedicated Production Engineer with at least three years of experience to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 40 production staff to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate production planning activities, ensuring materials and resources are available to meet schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to align production with inventory and delivery requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Maintain documentation related to process changes, standard operating procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and promote best manufacturing practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to improve production capabilities.
