Global Edu Path is seeking a dedicated Educational Consultant with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate plays a key role in guiding students through the educational and visa application processes, particularly focusing on United States visa requirements. This role requires the ability to manage and support a small team of three individuals, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of service delivery. The consultant collaborates closely with students and educational institutions to provide tailored advice and enhance the success rate of applications. The Educational Consultant is responsible for evaluating student profiles, advising on suitable academic opportunities, and assisting with the preparation of documentation necessary for applications. Strong knowledge of USA visa procedures is essential to facilitate and streamline student admissions to educational institutions in the United States. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee and mentor the team to maintain excellent customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel students on educational opportunities abroad, focusing on universities and colleges in the United States.
• Assist students with understanding and completing USA visa application processes and related documentation.
• Manage and support a team of 3 consultants, providing guidance and overseeing their daily tasks and performance.
• Evaluate student profiles to suggest appropriate academic programs and institutions based on their qualifications and goals.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and visa authorities to ensure smooth admission and visa application procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in visa regulations and admission requirements affecting educational opportunities.
• Prepare and review student application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners to foster trust and improve service outcomes.
• Organize information sessions and workshops to inform students about admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the success rates of student applications and visa approvals, recommending improvements as needed.
