Go Green Traders is seeking experienced Travel Consultants / Visa Processing & Air Ticketing Officers to join our office in Gujranwala, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the travel agency sector, particularly in visa processing, travel consultation, and air ticketing. This role involves providing professional guidance to clients on visa applications, visa documentation, and travel requirements. Additionally, candidates must be well-versed in airline reservation systems and ticket issuance procedures, ensuring clients receive accurate flight information and travel itineraries tailored to their needs. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to maintain client satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation. This full-time position requires individuals to independently manage all tasks related to visa application processing and international air ticketing. Although the role does not include team management responsibilities, candidates should demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and a hardworking approach to efficiently handle their workload. Familiarity with portals such as VFS Global and TLScontact will be beneficial, along with proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office, email, and internet tools. Responsibilities

- Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring accurate document preparation and submission in compliance with international travel regulations.
- Verify visa application documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission to consulates or visa centers.
- Operate and manage visa application portals such as VFS Global and TLScontact to facilitate appointment scheduling and application tracking.
- Provide detailed travel consultation to clients, assisting with itinerary planning, travel requirements, and visa categories.
- Perform international air ticketing responsibilities including Passenger Name Record (PNR) creation, ticket issuance, and payment processing in compliance with airline regulations.
- Manage ticket exchanges, cancellations, and refund workflows while maintaining client satisfaction and minimizing financial impact.
- Utilize airline reservation systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or similar platforms to search and book flights, ensuring optimal fare selection and travel routes.
- Educate clients on airline fare rules, travel restrictions, and documentation requirements to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, tourist and visit visa criteria, and travel advisories across different countries.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related assistance.
- Maintain organized records of visa applications, tickets issued, and client interactions to streamline operations and audits.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share updates and improve service delivery, while working independently to meet targets and deadlines.
- Uphold company standards of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism in all tasks and client interactions.
- Perform basic office duties such as managing emails, coordinating appointments, and utilizing MS Office to prepare travel documents and reports.
